First of all we should know the target audience of our page and understand how they search. Title Tags and Meta Tags play a very significant role in the ranking of the page.

While writing the title tags we must keep in mind that we should lead with the most important keyword and our keywords should be meaningful. Every page should have an appropriate title which should contain selected keyword phrase(s). The title should be between 6 and 12 words

Meta tags are non-visual elements placed in the beginning of a document between the header tags. Description Tag is defined as the Phrase or sentence to describe website.
Description tags should contain primary keywords and be readable (appears on search engines to describe site). Keyword Tags: 8 to 10 keywords that describe the particular page (or whole site) trying to include the most popular search terms or phrases

An optimum word density rate for a selected keyword(s) is 8% such that, on the specific page, the keyword is visible (in title, description, alt-text tags and page content) at a rate of 8times for every 100 words, and moreover first 250 words of content are highly valued so the paragraph should start with the keywords.
